SERVICES OFFERED:

• General Checkups

• Dental Exams (basic services, such as screenings, cleanings, tooth extractions, or fillings)

• Distribution of health education materials

• Referrals for further medical/dental treatment if necessary

This clinic is primarily for uninsured children and adults in the northern Knox and southern Greene counties. Please bring a list of all medications you/your children are currently taking, and be prepared to fill out an information form, including all allergies.

All healthcare providers are licensed to work in the state of Indiana and will be providing this service free of charge to the community on this one-day clinic, hosted by Hasten International and Sandborn First Christian Church.
